Introducing mycap

MyCAP is an innovative on-line career management tool that takes the hard work out of career planning. It is simple to use and takes under 30 minutes to complete. A series of strategically designed questions measures participants’ interests, attributes and existing employability skills against a wide range of
occupations. MyCAP then guides participants through the planning process and provides an concise career action plan outlining the steps they need to take in order to achieve success in a career that complements them.
